Getting the Fitness up a little with 3 rides around Bedgebury in the mountian bike!Â Bring on spring and the light evenings for some longer road rides again.
Good to hear that you've had an opportunity to get out on the bike and start getting the fitness going. The advantage you've got this year over last is that the ride's not until September so you'll have the whole summer to train in which is obviously favourable to having to tough it out now in the cold.
I think we've all had enough of winter so bring on spring indeed and thanks so much for everything that you're doing to help us beat blood cancer!
